  • Is Parking Available?

    Yes! Loma is a gated community with onsite parking adjacent to each cottage, as well as near the guest activity areas. 

  • What Time is Check-In/Check-Out?

    Check-In is any time after 4pm on your scheduled date of arrival. 


    Check-Out is any time before 11am on your scheduled date of departure.

  • How Do I Check-In?

    Loma is a contactless property. A few days prior to your arrival you will be asked to complete check-in and registration steps online. You will receive a text message and an email a few hours before check-in time the day of arrival with your unique door access code and instructions for keyless entry into your accommodation.

  • Is There A Minimum Night Stay Requirement?

    Minimum night stay requirements vary based on the time of year and are updated in the booking engine. If you have specific questions when making a reservation, please contact us.

  • Do You Have Wifi?

    We offer complimentary Wifi in all guest accommodations.

  • What Type of Accommodations are Available?

    Loma offers a collection of 6 private guest cottages with unique layouts: 


    • Alma: Two Bedroom / One Bath, sleeps up to four guests
    • Juniper: Three Bedroom / Two Bath, sleeps up to seven guests
    • Shade Tree: Three Bedroom / Two Bath, sleeps up to seven guests
    • Andern: Two Bedroom / One Bath, sleeps up to four guests
    • Farmhouse: Three Bedroom / Two Bath, sleeps up to ten guests
    • Applewood: One Bedroom / One Bath, sleeps up to four guests

  • Are Children Allowed?

    Yes, Loma is a family-friendly property and guests of all ages are welcome! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in common guest amenity areas. 

  • Are Pets Allowed?

    Dog-friendly reservations are only permitted in designated pet-friendly accommodations: Applewood and Farmhouse.

  • Are Events Allowed?

    Loma is an ideal location to host a family reunion or large group gathering. Our collection of 6 private guest cottages can accommodate up to 36 guests and a variety of onsite activities ensure an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.


    We offer special pricing for full and partial property buyouts. Contact us for more information or to reserve the entire property for a family reunion or large group gathering.
